Data and purposes
We process your email address and the project details you provide to respond to enquiries, assess work, prepare quotes and manage accepted projects. We do not request sensitive personal information. Share only necessary files and information that you are entitled to provide. The form allows you to attach one file for project assessment. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Legal basis
Contract-related enquiries and quotes are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; accepted work is processed to perform the contract. Billing and statutory retention are based on applicable legal obligations. This form does not subscribe you to advertising.
Providers and international transfers
The form is submitted to Formspree, Inc., which handles form submissions. Formspree reports US infrastructure and Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer mechanism. Email is handled through Outlook/Microsoft. If you choose WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, those platforms also apply their own policies. Their content is not embedded in this page. Retention and recipients
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and provide the follow-up you request. Project and billing information is kept during the relationship and applicable statutory periods, with restriction where appropriate for legal responsibilities. We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Necessary service providers may process it, and authorities may receive it where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing us. Identify yourself sufficiently; additional information will only be requested if needed. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles to decide on your enquiry.
Required information and browsing
Required fields are needed to assess a project through the form. The website stores a language preference in your browser for local opening. This version does not include advertising analytics, tracking pixels or externally embedded videos. Video and images are served as website files. The website is hosted by OVHcloud. Hosting may generate technical logs, such as IP addresses and access requests, to serve the website and manage security.
