Service terms

Enquiry and quote
Send your artwork and project details. We assess feasibility and agree on the price and delivery. You receive the work and then pay by bank transfer. The service and price are agreed before work begins. An assessment request creates no obligation to order. The quote identifies scope, formats and applicable pricing terms.
Response and delivery
We usually reply within the first few hours. Delivery within a maximum of 24 calendar hours after we receive the final artwork and required details and you accept the quote. Rush requests are agreed based on availability. This deadline applies to the initial delivery of the agreed project; subsequent adjustment requests are coordinated with the client.
Formats and services
Digitizing files in EMB, DST and other Wilcom export formats, subject to compatibility and agreement. Mockups in PNG, JPG, PDF or another agreed format, available separately or together with digitizing. Mockups are simulations for presentation and approval; they are not photographs establishing physical production and do not by themselves guarantee results on every fabric or machine.
Adjustments
Adjustments to the same design are included at no extra charge. If the work has already been completed and you request new artwork, a new design is quoted. Each mockup price is agreed in advance. Adjustments and their delivery are coordinated in writing.
Price and payment
Pay by bank transfer after receiving the work, for both digitizing and mockups. Payment details are provided privately. The quote confirms the total price and applicable taxes. This website does not collect card details.
Customer materials
Customers must hold the necessary rights to materials they supply for the project. Permission to publish customer work in the portfolio is requested separately; ordering does not authorize publication.
Acceptance and rights
The accepted quote and written correspondence define the project. These terms do not restrict mandatory customer rights. Contact bordartepic@outlook.es about any issue.
